About the Opportunity

Fever España is seeking a highly skilled Global Licensing Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue licensing opportunities with leading global organizations and institutions to enhance Fever España's market presence globally.
  • Support the General Managers and senior team in commercial discussions and efforts to expand Fever España's portfolio of IPs worldwide.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscape.
  • Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Fever España's strategic goals and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to support licensing initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Play a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of licensing projects, aligning with global business objectives.
  • Manage and nurture existing licensing deals, ensuring partner satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansion.
  • Develop and implement licensing business development plans to achieve growth and engagement targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and potential partners.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to licensing activities, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or similar fields, with high achievement results.
  • 4-8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms.
  • Natural commercial abilities with affinity for proactive reach-out, sales strategy, and negotiation.
  • Experience with presentations, storytelling, and top-down communication.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills (internal and external stakeholders).
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Ideation and critical thinking.
  • Impact-oriented and data-driven (strategic and business decisions).
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance. The estimated annual salary range is €80,000 - €120,000 based on location and experience. We also provide a 40% discount on all Fever España events and experiences.
