Fever España is a leading global company in the entertainment industry, seeking an experienced Licensing Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for licensing business development. The successful candidate will support the Business Development team in managing and expanding our network of partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Licensing Opportunities Identification: Identify and pursue licensing opportunities with leading global organizations and institutions to enhance Fever market presence globally.
  2. Commercial Support: Collaborate with GMs and senior team members in their commercial discussions and efforts to expand Fever's portfolio of IPs worldwide.
  3. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycle.
  4. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscape.
  5. Licensing Agreements: Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance standards.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to support licensing initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  7. Strategic Planning: Play a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of licensing projects, aligning with global business objectives.
  8. Deal Management: Manage and nurture existing licensing deals, ensuring partner satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansion.
  9. Business Development Plans: Develop and implement licensing business development plans to achieve growth and engagement targets.
  10. Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and potential partners.
  11. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to licensing activities, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Economics, Finance, or similar fields, with high achievement results.
  • Work Experience: 4-8 years of experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms.
  • Commercial Abilities: Natural commercial abilities with affinity for proactive reach-out, sales strategy, and negotiation.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience with presentations, storytelling, and top-down communication.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Good interpersonal communication skills (internal and external stakeholders).
  • Teamwork: Teamwork skills.
  • Ideation and Critical Thinking: Ideation and critical thinking.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Impact-oriented and data-driven (strategic and business decisions).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
