About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at OneTrust. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and ensuring the successful implementation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Customer Success Consultants to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Develop and execute customer adoption plans to maximize the value customers receive from our platform.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to overcome potential roadblocks and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of customer success or software consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of managing customer success or software consulting teams.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Proven success in working directly with customers and building trust.
  • Ability to engage across corporate functions and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts.
