About the Role

Genesys is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Madrid or Galway. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and partners to understand their business needs and develop tailored customer success plans.
  • Proactively monitor customer engagement and success metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, product adoption, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business outcomes and growth.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer insights to inform customer success strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a technology-related field, with a focus on customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with French a plus.
  • University degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
