About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and services
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus
