Customer Success Manager

Ravenpack is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a cybersecurity expert, you will be responsible for managing customer lifecycles and serving as the voice of the customer.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a leading cybersecurity company, specifically targeting the German market. You will be working remotely from Germany, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving customer success through strategic planning and account management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive renewal and growth
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop success plans and identify expansion opportunities
- Partner with Professional Services teams for implementations and extended expertise deployments
- Coordinate customer delivery with team members, including engineering and professional services
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, project management, consulting, or relationship management
- Fluency in German
- Expertise in software product or service delivery, preferably in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes container and DevSecOps tools
- Experience managing customer escalations, balancing expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
