Business Development Manager for Customer Success

Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager for Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer adoption, retention, and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless onboarding, effective product utilization, and continuous value delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the complete customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion and renewal
- Driving faster time-to-value and enhancing overall customer experience
- Understanding customer objectives and translating them into actionable outcomes
- Fostering strong relationships with customers to advise on best practices and identify upselling opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager in a Tech or SaaS company
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Italian is a plus)
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- A proven track record of driving customer success and growth
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect:
