Strategic Customer Success Leader for Central Europe

Pleo is a forward-thinking company that's revolutionizing the way businesses manage expenses. We're looking for a skilled Manager of Customer Success to join our dynamic Central Europe regional team.
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Manager of Customer Success, you'll oversee a team of CSMs who work closely with our Mid Market customers to ensure seamless adoption of our products and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving growth by leading, coaching, and developing your team members.
About the Role:
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of CSMs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine structure, systems, and resources for supporting Mid-market and Enterprise customers
• Own key metrics (net retention, product adoption, customer advocacy) and drive plans to exceed expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities, identify opportunities, and deliver value over time
• Advocate for customer-centricity and guide your team in serving as advocates for our customers
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-obsessed mindset, and experience in managing customer-facing teams. What You'll Get:
