Strategic Business Growth Leader for Southern Europe

Our platform has supported over 100 million reservations annually, working with 44,500 hotels across 150 countries.
The Strategic Business Growth Leader for Southern Europe will play a key role in growing SiteMinder's business across the region by identifying and securing partnerships with new hotel groups and chains. As an individual contributor, you'll be responsible for generating new revenue through the acquisition of new multi-property groups and managing a small portfolio of high-growth existing groups to deliver new property growth.
Your primary objectives include:
- New revenue generation: Acquisition of new multi-property groups and collections, as well as managing a small number of high-growth existing groups to deliver new property growth.
- Lead generation and nurture: Identifying, prospecting, and nurturing opportunities through to deal closure with high-value multi-property groups across the Southern Europe region.
- Consultative selling: Driving new business and strategically managing customer solutions, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of revenue management and hotel tech.
- Commercial negotiation: Owning commercial discussions, defending value, and negotiating key contractual terms.
- Portfolio optimisation: Managing a small portfolio of existing groups with low property penetration and unlocking growth across the entire group.
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
- Fluent Spanish (C2) and English; other European languages are a plus.
- Experience in consultative selling to hotel chains within a technology or travel technology business.
- A proven track record of inside sales and closing large multi-pronged deals.
- An in-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and the travel technology landscape.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
