About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Transformers business in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Manage and analyze market intelligence and competitor feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing & sales - B2B within the energy sector
- Technical sales skills & knowledge of product portfolio
- Knowledge of market/Customer's needs
- International experience and intercultural sensitivity
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French/Spanish/Italian or Arabic) are a plus
