Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-value marketing, sales, and services strategy solutions to our top-tier customers in the DACH market.
- Work closely with the Strategic Accounts team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees).
- A proven track record of measurably impacting customer results with HubSpot.
- Excellent problem-solving and change management skills.
- Ability to build deep relationships with customers and drive product adoption.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join the HubSpot team as a Principal Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts in Germany. As a key member of the Strategic Accounts team, you will work closely with our top-tier customers to deliver high-value marketing, sales, and services strategy solutions.
