Customer Success Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our customers' journey at Mapp Digital, ensuring their experience with our products and services is seamless and driving long-term account satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Work closely with the customer to understand their digital marketing strategy and goals.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
