Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-office support to Pallecon Portfolio, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complex issues, ensuring minimal delay and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and service levels, planning and implementing actions to achieve these goals.
  • Proactively identify and address potential problems, taking a root-cause analysis approach to prevent issues from arising.
  • Manage end-to-end audit processes for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely payment from customers and provide support for bad debt resolution.
  • Provide analytical data and support on specific account queries, identifying customer issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Administer customer databases and account balances accurately in our systems.
  • Support internal teams via systems (Salesforce, SAP) or email.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of business experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or support experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to customer focus with strong listening and account management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-initiator and results-driven.
  • Detail-oriented and a team player.

Language Requirements:

  • Essential: French and Italian.
  • Desirable: Any additional European language.

Preferred Education: Degree and equivalent - Business Education

Preferred Level of Work Experience: 3-5 years
