Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office support to Pallecon Portfolio, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complex issues, ensuring minimal delay and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and service levels, planning and implementing actions to achieve these goals.
- Proactively identify and address potential problems, taking a root-cause analysis approach to prevent issues from arising.
- Manage end-to-end audit processes for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely payment from customers and provide support for bad debt resolution.
- Provide analytical data and support on specific account queries, identifying customer issues and resolving them efficiently.
- Administer customer databases and account balances accurately in our systems.
- Support internal teams via systems (Salesforce, SAP) or email.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of business experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or support experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to customer focus with strong listening and account management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-initiator and results-driven.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.
Language Requirements:
- Essential: French and Italian.
- Desirable: Any additional European language.
Preferred Education: Degree and equivalent - Business Education
Preferred Level of Work Experience: 3-5 years
