About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team at Mapp Digital. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and success of our customers through exceptional customer service, strategic account management, and proactive issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute customized account plans to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion of Mapp's digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our customer base, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their success with Mapp's products.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Mapp's solutions to existing customers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment on customer goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mapp's products, services, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer value and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in account management, customer success, or sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer retention.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute customized account plans to drive customer success.
