Job Description

The Customer Success Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that foster long-term relationships with clients. This includes owning the entire CRM function, coordinating with sales and marketing directors, and increasing customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer relationships through CRM systems
  • Develop and implement effective sales funnels
  • Drive new customers through innovative marketing techniques
  • Set life cycle marketing strategies to retain customers
  • Plan, manage, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Suggest new methods to address customer needs
  • Track marketing metrics and trends
  • Assist with promotional events to reach prospective customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing-related roles
  • Solid background in customer acquisition or life cycle strategies
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in e-commerce or mobile apps is a plus
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field
