Job Description
The Customer Success Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that foster long-term relationships with clients. This includes owning the entire CRM function, coordinating with sales and marketing directors, and increasing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer relationships through CRM systems
- Develop and implement effective sales funnels
- Drive new customers through innovative marketing techniques
- Set life cycle marketing strategies to retain customers
- Plan, manage, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Suggest new methods to address customer needs
- Track marketing metrics and trends
- Assist with promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Review and select CRM software

Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing-related roles
- Solid background in customer acquisition or life cycle strategies
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
- Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
- Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in e-commerce or mobile apps is a plus
- BSc in Marketing or relevant field
