Customer Success Strategist

In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer success, responsible for driving solutions that result in better risk management and retention. You will work closely with account managers and customers to develop and manage a customer success plan, ensuring key programmatic milestones are met.
Your key objectives will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers to maintain and expand their business with Unit4
- Understanding customer goals and objectives, and developing plans to achieve them
- Delivering added value services through our offerings to increase product value and adoption
- Identifying and driving new sales opportunities in cooperation with sales colleagues

This role requires a passion for building customer relationships, adaptability, and technical literacy. You should have previous experience in a similar customer-centric role generating cloud software customer value. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential, as is your ability to lead through influence and trust.
Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
