Customer Success Value Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Value Strategist to join our SAP Signavio Value Management Team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for defining and driving strategic and value-based approaches to engage with premium customers and help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Align with customers on strategic priorities and value drivers, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and objectives. Identify potential initiatives leveraging SAP Signavio and drive value quantification, qualification, and initiatives prioritization with the customer. Collaborate with the customer to establish action plans to realize value, and continuously monitor and report on value realized and adjustments to the customer portfolio roadmap.
Requirements
5+ years of business consulting experience, with a focus on value management and advisory. Practical experience in continuous improvement and lean/agile methods, as well as process expertise. Deep knowledge of data-driven business process management and process mining, with expertise in process automation, mining, and management technology. Experience in value-driven transformation approaches, client relationship, stakeholder, and change management. Fluency in English, with German language skills a plus.
