About the Role

The Customer Success team seeks a Senior Customer Success Strategist to establish relationships with SAS customers, adopt and expand software usage, identify new opportunities, and engage with other SAS resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong customer advocates at all levels.
  • Responsible for customer communications and conflict resolution.
  • Jointly define success with customers by understanding business and/or IT problems to manage software adoption and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Ideal bachelor's or master's Degree in a Technical or Business subject, or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of Data Management, Analytics, and AI, with an understanding of SAS and/or the banking industry.

A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
