Job Summary

The Customer Success Strategist will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by ensuring clients gain full benefits from Amadeus products. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amadeus portfolio and the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts to achieve retention goals
  • Provide primary point of contact for optimization and usage of tools, improving communications and guiding client interactions
  • Support customers' growth through product adoption and optimize use of products
  • Identify risks and ensure renewal of assigned portfolio, contributing to Amadeus Hospitality revenue through upsell and cross-sell
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Amadeus products and the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer satisfaction improvement
