About the Role
Are you a driven and commercially savvy professional with experience in strategic account management and payments partnerships? Dojo 2022 is seeking an ambitious International Expansion Strategist to join our fast-growing Partnership team in Spain.

Job Overview
We are expanding our international presence and require someone who can develop and grow revenue-generating partnerships across key industries in Spain. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and drive innovation in the payments industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture relationships with new channel and software partners in Spain, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Manage the onboarding, sales, contract, and development process for new tech/channel partners, ensuring seamless integration and maximum customer adoption of Dojo products and services.
  • Establish strong rapport with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of assigned partners, including executive, sales, operations, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with Partner Support to deliver consistent operational support for partners, driving mutual success and satisfaction.

Your Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account and/or payments partner management, preferably within the payments industry in Spain and Europe.
  • Fluent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills, with a deep understanding of commercial acumen and negotiation strategies.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team, influencing business decisions and managing negotiations with ease.
