Senior Business Analyst for Customer Success Operations

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive the effectiveness of our Customer Success Management platform, Totango. This critical role will oversee user provisioning, configuration and customization, integration management, analytics and reporting, requirements and UAT, communication & knowledge management.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have experience in business administration, customer success operations, technical proficiency, customer engagement strategies, platform management, training and usage, and customer success knowledge. Your expertise will enable us to leverage Totango effectively, ensuring seamless data security and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- User Provisioning: Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Totango according to business needs, create custom attributes, and manage customer segments.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with DTS to ensure data integrations and synchronization between systems.
- Analytics and Reporting: Design dashboards for platform adoption insights and analyze internal customer feedback for platform evolution.
- Requirements and UAT: Drive backlog creation and manage UAT processes for newly added functionalities.
- Communication & Knowledge Management: Develop training sessions, prepare release communication notes, and maintain knowledge management platforms.
