**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Success & Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for pitching, solutioning, and rolling out Zinier's Field Service Platforms to enterprise customers worldwide.

**Responsibilities**

You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to present our solution to potential clients, deliver projects on time and on budget, and leverage your technical expertise to inspire customer confidence in our Customer Success and Solutions Delivery team.

As a business owner, you will balance customer goals, revenue, and margin in both presales, implementation, and post-launch projects. You will also work with diverse stakeholders to accelerate time to value on implementation projects and understand Zinier products to influence product development plans and schedules.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of software implementations, SaaS knowledge, and exceptional project management and client engagement skills. You should also be able to present complex technical concepts in a comprehensive and compelling way to win business.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on your experience and qualifications.
