Global Customer Success Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Customer Success team in the European region. As a key member of our Services organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic priorities that drive customer value and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong customer partnerships through deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
- Identify optimization opportunities for customers to drive customer value and enhance strategic goals.
- Leverage Mastercard Services' offerings to achieve customer goals and realize value propositions of Mastercard products.
- Develop training materials, thought leadership, and customer-facing playbooks to support customer priorities and Customer Success value proposition.
- Advanced experience working with large and emerging Technology, Financial Services, Acquirers/Processors, Service Providers, and/or digital platform partners.
- Knowledge and understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address customer/market needs.
