**Overview of the Strategic Accounts Team at HubSpot**

The Strategic Accounts team at HubSpot operates as the highest-touch segment within the Customer Success organization. This team works closely with our largest and most valuable customers to drive extraordinary growth through education, business consulting, and exceptional service delivery.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Strategist to join our Strategic Accounts team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value marketing, sales, and services strategy solutions to our enterprise clients across France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Spain. Your primary goal will be to work closely with these organizations, understanding their teams' functions and challenges, and helping them set up for long-term success.

This role is open to candidates who can work from office locations in Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain, or remotely from anywhere in these regions. In this position, you will get to:

* Deliver exceptional service to our enterprise clients, focusing on retention and growth.
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to help clients achieve their business objectives and maximize the value they derive from HubSpot.
* Consult with clients on their marketing, sales, and services processes to deliver tangible, positive results and drive product adoption.
* Build strong, lasting relationships that turn clients into power users and evangelists of HubSpot.
* Serve as an internal advocate for your segment, representing their challenges to the HubSpot leadership and executive teams.
* Travel onsite to deliver strategic consulting engagements as needed.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

We are looking for individuals who have:

* A personal investment in helping clients succeed.
* Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees).
* Fluency in French and English.
* A proven track record of measurably impacting client results with HubSpot.
* Experience with creative problem-solving and change management.
* Cross-team customer advocacy experience.
* The ability to autonomously detect and remediate risk, and hold yourself accountable and responsible for your book of business.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
