Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Enterprise Accounts to join our Sales Department in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality pipeline of strategic accounts, focusing on enterprise clients. If you have experience engaging with C-level executives, particularly in Marketing or Client-focused departments, and can demonstrate tangible value to our customers by aligning their goals with our solutions, we want to hear from you

About the Role
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic accounts, focusing on enterprise clients.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to key decision-makers using a mix of tools, including CRM systems, LinkedIn, and personalized email campaigns.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct strategic discovery calls to uncover pain points, demonstrate ROI, and align our solutions with clients' business needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Lead tailored demos of our SaaS platform, effectively communicating its value proposition and addressing specific client challenges.
  • Objection Handling: Reassure and educate prospects who may be hesitant about adopting SaaS solutions, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and finalize deals, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Customer Success team for implementation and ongoing success.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent consultative selling skills, actively listening and asking insightful questions to understand unique environments and challenges.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives, particularly in Marketing or Client-focused departments.
  • Tangible value creation for our customers by aligning their goals with our solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with internal teams to create success stories and drive results.
What We Offer

As a Business Development Manager for Enterprise Accounts at Skeepers, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
