Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to take on the challenge of leading customer success initiatives and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the enterprise private and hybrid cloud industry, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic account management.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a customer success program that aligns with our sales funnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various teams. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, monitoring customer outcomes, goal-alignment, and satisfaction. By doing so, you will strengthen relationships, create lasting business connections, and drive customer loyalty.

To excel in this role, you must be a driven self-starter with an insatiable curiosity to solve customer problems and identify opportunities for growth. You will maintain accurate client records, send periodic updates, and stay informed about account contract information, including renewal timelines and update notifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning customer relationships for assigned accounts and leading customer communication
  • Maintaining client records and sending periodic updates
  • Developing or assisting in the development of customer account strategies with Sales, Services, and Support teams
  • Cultivating long-lasting business connections and building partnerships with clients
