**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our Strategic Accounts team at Hubspot. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-value marketing, sales, and services strategy solutions to our Enterprise segment customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers, driving retention and growth
  • Use creative problem-solving to help customers reach their business goals and maximize the value they get from Hubspot
  • Consult on customers' marketing, sales, and services processes to deliver tangible results and drive product adoption
  • Build deep relationships that turn your customers into power users and evangelists of Hubspot
  • Serve as an internal advocate for your segment, representing their challenges to Hubspot leadership and executive teams

 

About You:

We are looking for someone with a personal investment in helping customers succeed. Your experience working with large organizations (200+ employees) is essential, as well as fluency in German, Dutch, or a Nordic or CEE language + English. A proven track record of measurably impacting customer results with Hubspot is also crucial.
