We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Expert. With over 4000 customers in the Spanish market, this role will focus on adoption and nurturing for customers that have already been onboarded. You will need to think outside the box to provide help and value with a 1:Many approach.

Job Summary

This is not your typical 1:1 customer success role. We need someone who can identify gaps between best practice and actual usage of our product and features. The ideal candidate will make sure the customer learns about - and uses - all the features we offer at Pleo. They will play a critical role in managing customer escalations and proactively communicating upcoming product changes and enhancements.

About the Role

We are looking for an expert who has a proven track record in consultative customer-facing roles. Experience in enterprise software or SaaS organisations is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and retention of our product across the Spanish market.
  • Identify areas where our customers are struggling to use our product effectively and develop solutions to address these issues.
  • Play a key role in managing customer escalations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress towards goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a consultative customer-facing role, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of customer success strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
