Job Summary

A talented and experienced Senior Enterprise Success Manager is sought to join our Strategic Accounts team in the DACH market. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with high-paying customers, providing education, business consulting, and delight to drive their growth.

About Us

Hub Spot's Strategic Accounts team operates at the highest-touch end of the Customer Success organization. We work closely with our top customers to deliver high-value marketing, sales, and services strategy solutions. As an Enterprise Success Manager, you will be responsible for working with a diverse range of businesses, understanding their challenges, and helping them achieve long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to our Enterprise customers, focusing on retention and growth.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to help customers achieve their business goals and maximize their value from Hub Spot.
  • Consult with customers on their marketing, sales, and services processes to deliver tangible results and drive product adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, transforming them into power users and evangelists of Hub Spot.
  • Represent the challenges of your segment to the Hub Spot leadership & executive teams.
  • Travel onsite to deliver strategic consulting engagements as needed.
Requirements
  • A personal investment in helping customers succeed.
  • Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees).
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • A proven track record of measurably impacting customer results with Hub Spot.
  • Experience with creative problem-solving and change management.
  • Ability to autonomously detect and remediate risk, holding yourself accountable and responsible for your book of business.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience.
