About This Role: Customer Success Strategist

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Technical Field Operations leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer success across our enterprise customer base.

About the Position:
  • You will work closely with our TFO Geo functional leaders to develop and implement customer success strategies that align with our company's goals.
  • You will collaborate with our product management, product engineering, and support teams to resolve issues that occur during the deployment of our products.
  • You will provide guidance on business decisions during implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

About You:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role/customer success role.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager of managers of technical teams.
  • You have a proven track record of driving customer success and achieving business results.

Salary:
€120,000 per year, depending on your experience.
