With advanced AI capabilities, the company's Unified-CXM platform enables businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences across any modern channel.

The role involves collaborating with Sales & Customer Success teams to drive renewal processes for large and complex accounts within assigned territories. This position requires strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and ability to develop win-win strategies that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles, with a strong work ethic and consistent achievement.
  • Proactive approach, with strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.

  • Negotiate all facets of contract renewals using sound commercial judgment.
  • Develop and deliver negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting customer relationships.
  • Maintain a good understanding of Sprinklr licensing models to provide assistance in licensing discussions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify and communicate risks.
  • Create, present, and negotiate renewal proposals and options throughout the post-sales process.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Sprinklr offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
