About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Pixel United. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for customer lifecycle across multiple channels and touchpoints.

As a key member of our Game Ops team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM Art, CRM QA, Product, Development, User Acquisition, and Customer Support, to drive user engagement and monetization. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of campaigns and features, from ideation and development to launch and post-support, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lifecycle management strategies across multiple channels, including email, in-app, and push notifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM strategies.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in formulating and managing lifecycle in a relevant industry, preferably F2P and Social Casino games.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and platforms, such as Iterable, Braze, and Looker.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Product Design, Marketing, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

What We Offer:

At Pixel United, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
