Ecosystem-Led Growth

Crossbeam is the first and largest Ecosystem-Led Growth (ELG) platform. We act as an escrow service for data, allowing companies to find overlapping customers and prospects with their partners while keeping the rest of their data private and secure. This has created an entirely new way of doing business called ELG—and it works: 40% of our customers' closed deals come from their ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

">

You will advise and guide our platform users, ensuring they onboard successfully, adopt the product, and continue to see value with their partners across the wider ecosystem. You will support our freemium and paid customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to advocacy and renewal. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To develop a deep understanding of our customers' partner ecosystems and the benefits of partnering on Crossbeam">
  • To establish strong relationships with leaders to ensure successful integration of the Crossbeam platform into the customer's partner and sales strategy and tools">
  • To expand our footprint within customer organizations to identify new use cases and increased adoption of Crossbeam">
  • To strategize with Crossbeam's sales team to ensure optimal customer experience and effective execution of customer outcomes">
  • To develop customer-facing Success Plans that outline customer objectives and goals for their partner program and strategies for achieving them">
  • To onboard customers, helping them deploy and gain value by driving full adoption and utilization of Crossbeam">
  • To understand the customer journey and key points that lead to value, using this knowledge to coach and educate customers on best practices for successful use of Crossbeam">
  • To be an excellent team player, developing and documenting customer success best practices with team members to continually improve the effectiveness of our processes">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a proven track record of delivering customer success, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You should also be a data-driven individual, experienced in reporting on your own metrics and familiar with the key KPIs that drive success.

This is a salaried role with a competitive base salary of $100,000 annually, plus a variable component. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location. Our benefits package includes health care, flexible PTO policy, parental leave, stock option plan, 401(k) plan with match, learning development budget, remote work options, and a generous wellness stipend.
