Job Overview

We're seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our team As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for retaining, expanding, and managing our SMB and self-service customer base.

You'll work closely with our Finance, RevOps, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your primary focus will be on proactively engaging customers before renewals, when they need additional support, or when buying signals indicate an upsell opportunity.
