Customer Success Enablement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Enablement Manager to join our team at Cisco Systems, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving software adoption and customer success across a partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute adoption plans for partners to drive software adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with partners to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Foster collaboration between partners and Cisco's sales, renewals, and product teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, partner development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving software adoption and customer success across a partner ecosystem.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
