Customer Success Manager, Spain and Portugal

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and success in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with customers, sales teams, and partners to ensure seamless implementation and utilization of our TASER and Axon solutions.
Your Impact: In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' businesses, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and utilization of our solutions
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of our solutions
- Collaborate with partners and distributors to drive business growth and expansion
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Strong understanding of the public safety and defense sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
