About 360Player, we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with best practices, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will be required to provide exceptional customer support, build strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. A bachelor's degree or other relevant higher education is required, as well as at least 3 years of customer service experience in a SaaS company. Strong technical ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms is essential. Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is also required. If you have a passion for sports and technology, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a drive to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role. We offer a competitive compensation package, estimated to be around €50,000-€60,000 per year, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you expand your skills and advance your career within the company.
