Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the Central European team and develop strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
