Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to lead the Central European team and develop strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.

- A strong background in customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
- Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving growth through strategic leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pleo offers a competitive salary range of €100,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
