About the Role
Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering targeted engagements to increase product awareness, share best practices, and drive product consumption and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sessions and interactive technical presentations to increase product awareness and drive software adoption.
- Utilize deep technical knowledge and business acumen to provide consultative solutions and ensure successful customer engagements.
- Identify and mitigate renewal risks to ensure successful product integration and consistently meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with Account teams, Customer Success, and Partners to enhance customer adoption and drive growth.
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management Teams for product improvements and promote the CX offer strategy.
- Guide customers on deployment decisions and long-term business outcomes, develop onboarding and adoption journeys, and address product challenges.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of Cisco and Industry solution across one or more of the following: Transport Core, Automation Environment, Core MPLS or Metro, Controllers and Software Lifecycle, Automation Software for Networking, and Software Integration API.
- Additional language is an added advantage.
