Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description: As a Technical Customer Success Specialist at Horizons, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact for their needs. This includes ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our electronic FX liquidity management platform, as well as market trends and industry developments
- Monitor and analyze client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of the platform's features and functionality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within the electronic FX liquidity management industry
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
