We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Success Specialist to drive customer success and adoption of TASER and Axon products and solutions in Spain and Portugal. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for working with the Country Manager, Sales and Engineer teams, in-country partners, and distributors to support our customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be tasked with driving customer success and adoption of TASER and Axon products and solutions, focusing on providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Following up on all requests submitted from customers
- Working with the sales team to support existing customers
- Developing the knowledge base of our distributors and bolstering public perception of our products
- Managing tickets and RMA, working with internal teams from issue identification to resolution
- Traveling up to 40% to meet with customers and partners
We are looking for a talented professional with a strong understanding of customer success in the territory, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously. The ideal candidate will have a mission-driven mentality, be highly motivated, and possess a drive to execute on tasks.
The successful candidate will also have:
- A strong understanding of service management topics
- Fluency in English and local language (native Spanish) with strong communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- The ability to work with all levels in an organization effectively and build strong partnerships
- Strong computer skills - proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools
Prior military or law enforcement experience is an asset, as well as customer success experience in the public safety or defense sector. Service management experience in the public safety or defense sector is also desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. If you are a high-performing individual with a passion for public safety, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
