About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Director to lead our Iberia and Emerging Markets teams in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth across these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences in Iberia, Italy, and emerging EMEA markets.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead the strategic development of the Customer Success function, addressing business requirements and goals.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and deliver business results.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, or other GTM roles.
- 3+ years of people and team leadership experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced manager with advanced knowledge in GTM strategies and delivering on them.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels.
- Evidence of successful relationship building both internally and externally.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
