The Role: As a seasoned Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion and renewal. Your primary goal is to drive rapid time-to-value and optimize the overall experience for our customers. This entails understanding their objectives, translating them into actionable outcomes, and fostering long-term relationships that yield testimonials and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the complete customer lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal
* Drive faster time-to-value and improve the overall customer experience
* Understand customer objectives and translate them into tangible outcomes
* Develop strategic partnerships with clients to advise on best practices and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager
* Background in Tech or SaaS industry
* Fluency in Spanish and English (Italian a plus)
* Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer success
