Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional CX Specialist to join our Global Customer Experience team in Madrid. As the face of our company, you'll provide top-notch customer care, turning users and partners into ambassadors who share our passion for sustainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Fluency in German (C1) and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP
