We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to join our team in Madrid. This is a remote sales job that requires closing on incoming leads with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication. You will be part of a fast-growing startup that empowers businesses to discover, compare and book unique venues for meetings and conferences.

Company Overview: Eventflare is one of Brussels' fastest-growing start-ups, operating in 23 cities worldwide. We have a client list that includes companies such as Airbnb, Amazon, Gucci, BCG, GitHub and the European Commission.

Job Description: As an Event Superhero Sales Champion, you will lead, close and follow up on global leads. You will stay in close contact with clients, help them execute unique events and mediate solutions when issues arise. Your tasks include up-selling by covering the entire event journey, proactively following up on outstanding deals and maintaining regular contact with key client accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be highly ambitious, have a 'can-do' mentality and be able to find solutions rather than excuses. You should speak great English (min. B2 level) and be comfortable making several phone calls a day. You must also be well-structured, enjoy discovering new places for events and be ready to work hard and play hard.
