We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Happiness Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Eagerness to expand your knowledge of crypto and customer service
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer tickets in Zendesk with a friendly and efficient approach
- Serve as a vocal advocate for customers internally, advocating for bug resolutions and product enhancements
- Liaise with partners and suppliers to address support cases effectively
- Propose innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
