We're looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Customer Experience Manager at Fever España. As a critical member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.
With your expertise in Digital Marketing, CRM, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan. Your ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance will ensure seamless interactions across multiple touchpoints.
You will work closely with our CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and develop retention strategies, leveraging consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights. Your commercial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in A/B testing and dynamic templates will enable you to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
