About the Role: As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a crucial part in improving customer satisfaction scores. You will evaluate and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement, utilizing your active listening skills to ensure proper information is given to customers. Your tasks will include reviewing operational procedures, conducting audits, and facilitating calibration sessions with the Customer Service department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality/Training Manager and Assistant Manager in auditing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for TTEC Operations
- Review and evaluate operational procedures, including Customer Service interactions from all communication channels
- Coordinate the logistics and conduct related audits
- Facilitate periodic calibration sessions with the Customer Service department
- Perform special projects as required
What We Offer: Competitive salary range between $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
