Customer Experience Strategist

At Unit4 NV, we're committed to empowering people in service organizations with innovative Enterprise and Business software solutions. As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in delivering a better people experience, allowing individuals to focus on meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities- Become the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and internal advocate, gathering feedback and data to enhance their outcomes and experience.
- Turn insights into action by delivering added value services through our offerings, increasing product value and adoption.
- Identify and drive new sales opportunities in cooperation with your colleagues in sales.
- Serve as the primary contact in the customer success organization, driving solutions that result in better risk management and retention.
- Create and manage a customer success plan alongside the account manager and customer, delivering on key programmatic milestones.
You'll possess a passion for building strong customer relationships, maintaining ARR (Retention), expanding customer footprints within Unit4 (CSMQLs), and understanding customer goals and objectives. You should be adaptable, curious, seeking ownership and accountability, and able to work collaboratively across various stakeholders.
We're looking for an individual accountable for churn management and retention motions across regions, ladderling to global business. Your responsibilities will also include oversight and utilization of the Success4U program. As a clear communicator with professional presence, empathy, and enthusiasm, you'll lead through influence and trust.
In this role, you'll have previous experience working in a customer-centric position generating cloud software customer value. Technical literacy and familiarity with customer engagement technologies, best practices, and trends are essential. Experience working within S2C, ERP, HCM, and/or financial planning software industries is a plus.
Expected Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
