Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our hybrid working model in Madrid. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer success through technical expertise and account management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects.

- Act as the main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging technical and account management skills.

Requirements

- 9+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar roles.

">

- Strong technical background and ability to understand complex software solutions.

Compensation Package
